Paris Agreement Article 6 concept

** ITMOs(Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes) : Under the Paris Agreement, internationally transferable mitigation outcomes (ITMOs) can be transferred and utilized between countries through the mechanisms outlined in Article 6.
*** Corresponding Adjustment : To prevent double counting, the country transferring mitigation outcomes must correspondingly increase its reported greenhouse gas emissions, while the receiving country deducts the same amount. This requires that both countries apply consistent emission scopes and use the same accounting methodology based on tCO₂-eq.
